Job responsibilities and qualities;

In office and onsite support calls to customers around the Chicago area to provide scheduled and emergency support for Mac OS and Windows networks.

Maintaining systems including Mac OS 9.x, Mac OS X, Mac OS X Server, Win 95/98/2K/XP/Vista, Win2K3/7 Server, Exchange 2K3/7 Server, and IIS. knowledge of Linux and Novell a plus.

• Self Starter and Self-Managed

• Strong Technical Knowledge with Excellent Problem Solving Skills

• Professional Appearance

• Ability to Work at Off Hours

• Attention to Detail is Critical

• Documentation Skills a Requirement

Certifications and minimum requirements:

• MCSE or MCP

• A+, Apple-ACHDS, Apple-ACTC or ACSA

• CCNA a plus

Minimum experience requirement;

• 5-7 years
